THIS WEEK (February 5, 2012) Pastor Willemina will explore the theme of hospitality. As a church, we are committed to welcome in the stranger and guest, which means being hospitable. We will look at Jesus and how he extends hospitality to the disciples. After the resurrection, Jesus seeks out seven of his disciples who've gone out fishing (John 21:1-14). Looking at his interaction with them, we see how he invites them to "Come and have breakfast". Let us, too, be filled with Christ's Spirit so that hospitality overflows in our lives.
